1. Terms
By accessing or using the Untimed Academy website, its client portal, online courses, community, and any related materials or services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Services. The materials contained within our Services are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Upon your purchase of our All-Access Membership and for the duration of your active paid subscription, Untimed Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials (videos, downloadable resources, text, etc.) and participate in the community forums solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
Under this license you may not:
i. Modify, copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any course materials or community content;
ii. Use the materials for any commercial purpose (e.g., to create your own competing courses or services), or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) without prior written consent from Untimed Academy;
iii. Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access content not rightfully available to you;
iv. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
v. Transfer the materials to another person, "mirror" the materials on any other server, or share your login credentials with any other individual.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or if your membership subscription ends or is terminated. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.
3. User Accounts, Membership, and Subscription
Account Creation and Responsibility: To access certain features of our Services, including the All-Access Membership, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You agree to notify Untimed Academy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All-Access Membership: Your Untimed Academy All-Access Membership grants you access to all five (5) core courses (YouTube Automation, The Click Code, Forex Trading Mastery, Dropship Dominator, and 6-Figure SMMA), our online community, and other resources as described on our website, for the duration of your active subscription.
Subscription Term and Auto-Renewal: Memberships are offered on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle monthly unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date through your account settings. By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees.
Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for new members. You will have full access to the All-Access Membership during this period. If you do not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, your chosen paid subscription monthly will automatically begin, and your payment method will be charged. You may only use one free trial.
Payments and Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees for your chosen membership plan. All fees are payable in USD. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. You agree to abide by their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any errors by the payment processors.
Price Changes: Untimed Academy reserves the right to change its membership fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the Services after the price change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified price.
Cancellation by You: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings on our platform. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Services until then. No refunds or credits will be provided for partially used membership periods (please see our Refund Policy in Section 6).
4. Limitations
No Guarantees of Income or Success: Untimed Academy provides educational content and strategies. We make no guarantees regarding your ability to achieve specific results, earn any money, or attain financial freedom using our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. Your success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends on your individual effort, skills, dedication, business acumen, financial situation, and market conditions, which vary by individual. Any earnings or income statements, or examples of earnings or income, are only estimates of what might be possible. There is no assurance you will do as well.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on the Untimed Academy Services, including course content, guides, and community discussions are provided for educational and informational purposes only. While Untimed Academy strives to ensure the Materials are accurate and up-to-date, they could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Untimed Academy does not warrant that any of the Materials are perfectly accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes or updates to the Materials contained on our Services at any time without notice. While we aim to keep core course content relevant and may provide updates or additions to basic resources as part of an active membership, Untimed Academy does not make a binding commitment to update all Materials on a specific schedule.
6. Refund Policy
Refund Policy & Free Trial: Untimed Academy offers a 7-day free trial for our All-Access Membership. You can explore all courses, the community, and resources during this period. If you decide the membership is not for you, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the 7-day trial period ends, and you will not be charged. Once your free trial ends and your paid subscription begins monthly, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, and your access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription term.
7. Modifications to Terms
Untimed Academy reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions for its Services at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website, with the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms being amended. We will endeavor to provide notice of material changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. By continuing to use or access our Services after such revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
